Zimbra driver: Ability to share files and folders

Hi,

I'm running some tests with Zimbra Drive and I've already installed version 8.8.4. I've noticed that there is no ability to share files and folders directly from Zimbra Drive. Is this in the roadmap?

I've also noticed that when configuring Nextcloud to authenticate on Zimbra Ldap I needed to configure to only let users log in with the mail attribute. If users log in with their uid Nextcloud creates a different account and Zimbra Drive wouldn't be able to access it. Also, when I shared something in Nextcloud it is not visible on Zimbra Drive.

Am I misunderstanding something?

Hi Fabio,
You are correct on everything, at the moment Zimbra Drive provides basic funcionality, this means:

• User auth using Email ID
• See your own files
• Upload/Delete files and folders
• While composing email, attach from drive
• Search Drive files from the search

Advanced features like see the shared items, or share links from the zimlet, etc. are still not available I'm afraid.

But the zimlet is still in development and we will give it more funcionality soon
