How I Can Allow User to change their mail account password IN ZCS 8.7

Hello everyone who can help me How I can allow users to change their mail account password

in COS i set change password but nothing results when User loged for first time and I set parameter must change password after that zimbra display this message
"Your password is no longer valid. Please choose a new password." after typing new password
Zimbra web client display this message
"Password locked. User not allowed to change password. Please contact your System Administrator."



Please help me our users want to change their password how I can do it ?

You can enable change password in class of service.
Check on.
Features: Change password
uncheck box Prevent user from changing password in
Advanced: Prevent user from changing password
