[SOLVED] Certificate Install

Post by glenn_btn »

Hi All

I have had to use a different supplier for my certificate this year so my notes to get the certificate installed don't work on my 8.6.0 install

The certificate is from Comodo I have
The main domain name .crt
AddTrustExternalCARoot.crt
COMODORSADomainValidationSecureServerCA.crt
COMODORSAAddTrustCA.crt

When using the gui installing the the same order as above according to Comodo for Zimbra, I get the following error. Can anyone help me get this installed. I used to do this in the command line to cat files together but these are all different this time hence using the Comodo instructions

Message: Your certificate was not installed due to the error : system failure: fetchUploads(): missing parameter: accountId=e2b781fd-7835-4cfb-95b7-20d835ae0222, uploadId=null Error code: ZaCertWizard.prototype.installCallback Method: AjxException.UNKNOWN_ERROR Details:system failure: fetchUploads(): missing parameter: accountId=e2b781fd-7835-4cfb-95b7-20d835ae0222, uploadId=null

Thanks

Glenn

Thanks Bill, that fixed the issue. So much for Comodo's instructions
