Distribution list duplicate mail

Hi all,

I recently install a new Zimbra 8.7 Collaboration Server in a CentOS 7 Server

I migrate all the data from a previous installation following this guide https://syslint.com/blog/tutorial/zimbr ... ct-method/

I have a problem that I can resolve, and is with the distributions list..

I’am test@example.com
I belong to dist@example.com
Someone (inside or outside mi domain) send a message to me and the distribution list dist@example.com I get two emails in my INBOX (duplicate the email)

Who can i solve this?

So basically you are saying if someone sends you an email with the DL in to/cc , you get duplicate emails?
If thats the case then its expected.

Sorry that I don’t see the reply until now.

In the old server this don’t append, if I send an email to a DL and someone reply to all that message, I get a duplicated email, because I am in CC and the DL too.

I there some config to apply and when I am in CC and the DL is in CC only one copy get to my inbox?

I'm also receive duplicated email,
when person send me email, and include in CC distribution group I'm included in.
Maybe filter rule can be created?

Yes, I face and its resolved after two days.

I have ran below command
zmprov gcf zimbraMessageIdDedupeCacheSize

Output i got as below

3000

And I ran

zmprov mcf zimbraMessageIdDedupeCacheSize 0
And I still faced the same issue user received duplicate mail. for example I am sending mail to A user and B user also B user mails forwarding to A again, A user getting two mail. that's I want to stop I googled and I got above command to run and I did but still had the same issue. Then I realized and roll backed to the normal from 0 to 3000. Now A user getting one mail only and dedupes running now perfectly. Thank you very much.
