Emails from Zimbra are going to Spam

Post by gurpreet.sk »

Hi,

I recently configure Zimbra 8.7.11 on CENTOS 7. All emails sent from ZImbra are going to Spam folder of gmail, hotmail and yahoo.

I'm pretty sure I've setup DKIM, SPF, DMARC and rDNScorrectly. The IP is not blacklisted.

I've done some tests on

mxtoolbox, allaboutspam an mail-tester. all give good result.

This is the header from gmail.com

I really have no idea why my mail is being marked. The headers state that dmarc, dkim and spf are passing.

Any help would be apprecaited!

Cheers

Hi, nothing to worry, just send some messages to known gmail / hotmail and mark as not spam.

I have the same problem. All messages go to spam folder. I already implelemted SPF, DKIM and DMARC. The system passed in MXToolbox tests and other online verification tools. No success for Gmail.

Maks as a known will not solve the problem. I will need to inform all receivers about this issue? No way.
