Problem with Domain level blocking of users

I am using ZCS 8.7 and would like to reject some domains at the smtp level according to the documentation: https: //wiki.zimbra.com/index.php? Title = Domain_level_blocking_of_users
I did it but it blocks all the damaged gold and I only indicated 02 specific addresses

I don't really understand what you mean by that statement, could you explain what is happening.
