Pop3 problem

Hi friends..

If any can help me please.. i have a zimbra 8.6 Community configured with POP3 clients.
In two accounts have a problem with mails reaching zimbra in webmail but not downloading to outlook.

Also each account has a cellphone with "Never delete emails in server", the outlook has some days of retention before delete

I already try to modify: nio_pop3_enabled value to "False", and some Pop3 timeouts and limits.
Also from the outlook 2010 client , reinstalled and new profile added

Is very rare this issue, already search a lot but nothing found.

Anyone think some clue or need more info??
