Alert Notifications

Hi there,
I was wondering if anyone can tell me if it's possible to set up alert notifications in Zimbra to send me an email if messages are getting backed up in the queues? I know it can be done for disk space filling up, so I was wondering if this was possible as well. Thanks in advance for the help.
