Multiple SSL Certs

I installed an SSL cert per https://wiki.zimbra.com/wiki/SSL_certif ... per_domain and it's at a minimum functioning on the web interface. I'm not sure if it's working on SMTP, POP, etc. (nor do I know if it is supposed to).
However, that doesn't cover things like the admin server. https://wiki.zimbra.com/wiki/Administra ... ertificate I was going to get a new cert for the hostname of the server. However, I read that generating a new CSR replaces the old one. Is that going to impact my existing SSL cert? It's for a different domain than the one I want now and the CSR is tied to the domain.
