zimbra chat doesn't work

Hi everyone,

I just upgraded to 8.8.8p2 and have enabled the zimbra chat zimlet for users in their COS as well as individually for some users. Each of them, when looking at their list of zimlets in preferences, see that chat is available and enabled, but it's not starting.

When I look at the nginx.access.log, I don't see any references to chat at all. The zimlet is present in /opt/zimbra/zimlets and zimlets-deployed.

What else should I look at?
