change zimbra license at the login page

You are not allowed to remove some of that information if you are on the Open Source edition of ZCS. I'd suggest you go to the wiki and read the details in the article (and FAQ) about rebranding ZCS.

Even in the NE, if you want to get rid of that part you'll have to create a custom theme and set that one as the logon theme to do so.
