No TLS and a lot of spam

Hi,

Since our Zimbra server was installed we've started to get a lot of spam. I've done a few tests and found that TLS is not active/enabled. Can this be where our new spam is coming from?

If so. How would I go about making all emails, in and out encrypted?

I am by no means an email admin, but I do know Centos somewhat and am confident following CL instructions, but I really have no idea where to start or even if it is possible. It would seem we are using our ISP swazi.net for relay? And from what I could find out is they are not encrypting our emails. Can we still encrypt?
