Trusted Network

Post by mhammadqadir »

Dear All,

I have installed Zimbra 8.7.1 as my email server. Now everything is working fine. I have my remote sites and they can ping my email server on LAN through router. Now i want to add my those networks as a trusted network. I try to add my remote networks with the help of google. But all failed. Please guide if any one in this community already had worked on it. I tried through graphically. After when i try to configured outlook on remote computer. Then error displayed in Zimbra.log that 127.0.0.1:10026 access denied.

Your help is needed.

You really don't want to add other networks into the Trusted Networks setting, if they get compromised you are too. ;) Remote users can submit mail through your server via the correct Submission port which is 587 and that will require authentication. Other than a brief mention of 'Outlook' you also haven't really mentioned what you're trying t6o achieve and what other 'clients' you have.
