REINSTALL LDAP NO BACKUP

Good morning,
i have this error "[zimbra@mail bin]$ zmcontrol status
Connect: Unable to determine enabled services from ldap.
Unable to determine enabled services. Cache is out of date or doesn't exist.
Can i recover a calendar for one user?
PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!
