Multiple relays per one domain

Hello!
I have question about configuration SMTP relays in zimbra. I've setup a lot of domains in zimbra - I'm using zimbra to receive domains, to send e-mail i have using a external MX servers, so i have question about it. It's possible to setup more than one relay server per one domain?
For example: Now i using "bysender" config file to define which MX should handling specific domain. The example line in file:

@example.com [0.0.0.0]
===
Can i use this configuration to define multiple relays? for example like this?
===
example.com [0.0.0.0, 0.0.0.1]
