Account sending emails automatically

It has a email account that is sending email automatically, it wasn't the user the send the e-mails.

You're going to have to give a bit more detail than that, start by (always) posting the full output of the following command:

zmcontrol -v

What sort of emails? Has this account been compromised? Have you checked the log files to see what's happening with this account? Is it one specific accoun and always the same account? What have you done to try and stop it sending emails? Have you read or checked the forums threads on compromised accounts? Start with some research and post again with your findings, none of the forum members (AFAIK) are mind readers and some information would go a long way in someon being able to help you.
