An user in gmail has sent me a email with a attachment named D3P3S2_Tickets-7.jpg. Zimbra has blocked it because of "com" extension. The log is in the below:
Jun 23 10:43:49 mail postfix/cleanup[717148]: E8A7210025B: reject: header Content-Type: image/jpeg; name="D3P3S2_Tickets-7.jpg"; ??x-apple-part-url="dc414649-0bef-936b-ab07-3e66cccabab3@yahoo.com" from mail-it0-f52.google.com[209.85.214.52]; from=<pl.....an@gmail.com> to=<s...ori@i...r> proto=ESMTP helo=<mail-it0-f52.google.com>: 5.7.1 Attachment type not allowed. What is the log!?

Is there a questions somewhere in your post?
Re: What is the log!?
Yes. According to logs, the sent file is jpg but is rejected because of "com" extension, why?phoenix wrote:Is there a questions somewhere in your post?
Re: What is the log!?
Look at the details you've posted, the file that's attached to your email has the ".com" extension and those are blocked by ZCS. The person that sent you the email should send you a saved copy of the file or a link to an online storage service.masoumeh wrote:Yes.
