Zimbra Installation Success but URL redirect to Horde

Hello Folks,

I have recently installed Zimbra 8.8.8 server on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS with success and also able to login mail server from same machine. however when i try to open mail.domain.com from remote machine/another machine. i am getting redirected to horde server. attached is snippet for the same.
Kindly help to resolve the same

Most likely you have a dns record that's pointing to another IP address, hence the reason you get redirected to that address.

It is resolved now. basically we had firewall which is dropping the traffic.
