Zimbra Open source- backup/restore issues

Iam using the Release 8.6.0_GA_1153.RHEL6_64_20141215151155 RHEL6_64 FOSS edition, Patch 8.6.0_P9.
Today my zimbra server crashed and i tried to restore the backup to another standby server . for that I reinstalled the standby server with the zimbra 8.6 and tried to restore the previous backup using the following command.

While doing the command Iam getting the following error.
zmmailbox -z -m name@domain.com getRestURL "//?fmt=tgz" > /ask/tbackup/name@domain.com.tar.gz
ERROR: zclient.IO_ERROR (Unable to get REST resource from https://mail.domain.com:445/home/name@d ... m/?fmt=tgz: Connection refused) (cause: java.net.ConnectException Connection refused)

Iam getting the same error while taking backup also.
I couldnt find out the exact reason for this. Any support from the forum is helpful to me.
