Add one more MTA to server pool

HI :

I have All in One together , MTA1+ MAILBOX + LDAP ( low usage as use another ldap ) , But now want add one NEW MTA2 this in order to separate mail queue paths.

Any configuration to do ? how to handle MTA1 and MTA2 load balancing ??? do I need set a proxy / load balancer in front of them ? and info?
