Can't send email to specific domain

Hi,

I have Zimbra 8.8 installed on red hat and I am receiving and sending emails correctly to all domains I have tried, except to one domain "gm.com". I can receive emails from that domain but when I send an email to that domain the user don't receive the email.

I have been looking into zimbra mail logs and everyting looks fine.



Do you think is a problem from the GM mail server? Something like spam or firewall or it's something that I have to configure on my zimbra server.

Effectively, if your server send an email and the receiving server acknowledges it then the problem is most likely at their end not yours.
