upgrade from 8.7.11 to 8.8.9 mobile ng stopped

Hi,
i've succesfully updated my zimbra 8.7.11 network edition to 8.8.9 and everything works fine.

The only thing is that mobile ng module is stopped and i cannot start from my admin panel like you see on screenshot attached Image

how can i start mobile module?
