Anyone have information about Zimbra X?

There's very little information about Zimbra X available on the website, but I have some questions:

Is there going to be a free and/or open source version?
What are the system requirements (CPU, RAM, etc.) going to be?
When is the expected public release date?

There is no information about it and there's especially no information about it in these forums, you'll have to wait until Synacor deign to post something worth reading.
