Zimbra push Free/busy

Hello, I've searched the web high and low and all over these forums for an issue im trying to solve but cannot find anything at all.

Im trying to publish zimbra users free/busy info into exchange 2010, zimbra users can look into exchange users free/busy no problem.

I keep getting this error,
ERROR [EXCHANGE2010 Free/Busy Sync Queue] [] fb - Could not find the folder in Exchange : PUBLICFOLDERSROOT
ERROR [EXCHANGE2010 Free/Busy Sync Queue] [] fb - Could not find the public root folder on exchange

I am completely stuck now, I cannot find anything on these errors. Any ideas?
