We are implementing Cbpolicyd with Zimbra 8.8.9 and we are facing some issues with the message counting behaviour.
- We have noticed that all the messages were being counted twice. We noticed that Zimbra was checking Policyd in smtpd_recipient_restrictions, smtpd_end_of_data_restrictions, and smtpd_sender_restrictions. According to the Policyd documentation, there is no need to add it in smtpd_sender_restrictions (https://wiki.policyd.org/installing). We have removed it and the message counting working.
- We've noticed that the quota is not working with SASLUsername. The field is not being registered in Policyd:
