mail queue strange behavior

Hello, guys.
I noticed some strange behavior after latest patch installation, from only one domain message stuck in incoming queue with status scan and size 0..
And it doesn't go anywhere. Can you help with log file to search the problem? Nothing in mail log. It just come to the phase after message goes from Active queue to incoming and no more activity.
It is more strange - the message come from Office365 service - I send from my 365 account - and no problems... But from this account it usually just stay in incoming and cannot be delivered. This began yesterday I made update and upgrade for Zimbra repo
Server Ubuntu 16.04 Zimbra 8.8.9
