Zimbra works best on IPv4, so ideally you should remove IPv6 from your server.
Zimbra does not (yet) work well with both IPv4 and IPv6.
The variable zimbraMtaMyNetworks means, among other things, that Zimbra is an open relay for any network listed there. So, not sure why you have 1.2.3.4/32 listed there.
But yes, there are some known bugs regarding that page in the Admin Console; if you are running Network Edition you should file a Support Case to call (fresh) attention to it.
