[SOLVED] Setup web client main menu items

Hello,
I have installed Zimbra Network edition (in trial) and have few questions:

1. Can I disable main menu items from web client:
I would like to remove menu point "Voice" - Have no idea what zimlet is responsible for this menu point, but when clicked I'm receiving error: "Unknown error occurred while accessing your voice mail account".
I have disabled "Cisco Click2Call" and "Mitel Click2Call" but no change in web client.

2. Can I change main menu items order?

3. Can I enable windows notification when new chat session is initiated?

Everything else working as expected (and better) and we are in progress of buying licenses.
