moving all spam (server level) to quarantine or spam@xxx.com email

Post by alogicking »

Hi All,

Is there a way to move all spam email (per domain or server level) to quarantine folder or spam@xxx.com email. and then the false positive emails will be checked by the domain administrator or spam administrator and deliver it to respective recipient. The requirement of it is for all users having Outlook/Live mail as their POP3 email client and Junk folder is not getting synced to outlook Junk E-mail folder as the account type they are using is POP3. For some reasons many of the users don't want to use the IMAP settings.

Any help in this regard is highly appreciated.

regards

Anyone has any clue about how to move all incoming spam emails to a common account for all users rather than to their individual junk folder which can be administrated by the spam administrator and then forwarded to respective email ids if it was found to be legitimate?
