mail queue error

I have some problem while i refresh mail queues on web admin, almost a month i stuck with this problem 
.
it say "Server error encountered Message: system failure: exception occurred searching mail queue Error code: service.FAILURE Method: [unknown] Details:soap:Receiver"
how can i solve this problem ?
