Dumpster problem
Hi everyone!
I have enabled Dumpster on my free appliance by well known instruction.
https://wiki.zimbra.com/wiki/Enable_and ... a_Dumpster
But it doesnt works absolutely.
[zimbra@mx root]$ zmprov gc default zimbraDumpsterEnabled
# name default
zimbraDumpsterEnabled: TRUE
And there is no such button like "recover" in WEB GUI (AJAX).
I tried to remove emails from tech account, and to recover them from cli:
[zimbra@mx root]$ zmmailbox -z -m adm@notsowellknowndomain.com s --dumpster -l 30 --types message larger:1kb
num: 0, more: false
What is wrong with me?

Re: Dumpster problem
First, you should always give the ZCS version when posting in the forums by giving the full output of the following command:
Second, please post the exact command you used to enable the Dumpster.
Code: Select all
zmcontrol -v

Re: Dumpster problem
That's strange because I've just done the same on a test server and it's worked fine. When you said "And there is no such button like "recover" in WEB GUI (AJAX)." where did you look? There should be a small "down arrow" shown on the Trash mailbox, you can click on that or you can right-click to see a list of items and the "Recover Deleted Items" should be listed there. Do those items not show on your server?

Re: Dumpster problem
Yes, absolutely.
I'll agree with you, because I have another instance witch one works well with this feature.
Yes, there is no "Recover deleted Items".

Re: Dumpster problem
Is there anything in the browser that may be blocking pop-ups or otherwise interfering with the web UI?

Re: Dumpster problem
No, I don't think so. That problem appears not only on my working PC, and as I told already - I've got another instance with that feature, and it works.

Re: Dumpster problem
For now it works. Anyway, I've got no versions about what was the problem.
