zimbra module ng interface is missing after upgrade

Hi Guys,

we just upgrade our zimbra from Open source to Network edition. previously this server is using zextra. Our expectation is after upgrade, the server will use network module ng instead of zexra. but now we cannot see network module ng interface. basically not just that, we notice that license page, grant, acl and many more page are not available. any suggestion on how we can solve this issue?
