I was wondering if anybody ever encountered this issue. I am running a relatively fresh Zimbra installation for testing purposes on Ubuntu 16.04.
Everything looks like it's working fine so far, but when I try to access the 'Tools and Migration' section in the admin console, I get a 'permission denied' error whenever I click on any of the links provided there. A new window opens with a 403 forbidden message telling me that I have insufficient rights to access the downloads page.
As the admin console is provided by the integrated Java web server, I have no idea where to look for configuration files where I could set the permissions so the downloads can be accessed.
Does anyone have an idea? I'm pretty much out of clues. Any help is greatly appreciated!
