Hi,
I have a issue.
My Zimbra does not see the parameters inserted in the whitelist:
zmprov gcf zimbraHttpThrottleSafeIPs
zimbraHttpThrottleSafeIPs: 127.0.0.1
zimbraHttpThrottleSafeIPs: MYIP
with the consequence that if a user mistakes authentication many times, all user are blocked from Dosfilter.
The zimbra version is too old:
Release 8.6.0.GA.1153.UBUNTU12.64 UBUNTU12_64 FOSS edition.
Do you have any ideas that can help me?

you can check that your safe IP is really whitelisted at mailboxd start up in the log.

Did you restart the mailboxd after modifications ?
If not, do it and check mailbox.log to see that your IP is whitelisted at startup.

when I restart mailboxd I see the ip in whitelist.
