From contains filters don't work

Hi,

I created some filters for email account in Zimbra Web Client (Preferences => Filters) but they are not working.

If I create filter that match "From contains" it does not trigger any emails, not even if I run it manually with Run Filter button.

Let say I have many email from Oracle <support@oracle.com> and I add filter:
If any of following conditions are met
From contains Oracle
Perform the following actions
Move into folder Oracle

For test I added only this filter and not others, tried with/without Do not process additional filters, but without luck, nothing seems to work.

I am using Zimbra 8.8.9 GA on CentOS Linux release 7.5.1804.

Sometimes even Subject contains not working or it stops working after few days..

thanks for suggestion, I can confirm that From contains works with email address!

I still think that it should work with email name, today many systems reply from one email address but put different Email Name.

I hope it will be fixed to work with email address and email name in future Zimbra versions.

If you want to use email name, I think you should trigger the header From which I think is different from the what display Zimbra in its filters content name.
header From should be like this :
From: Name_Email <email@domain.tld>

It works!!

If I put Header Named From contains EMAIL_NAME, filter works.

Now I understand, Zimbra's From is MAIL FROM (not visible to clients), for visible From (that one in header) it should be used Header Named From
