Wrong time in invitations for Outlook users.

Hello everyone.

When daylight saving time begins and when a user using the zimbra web client goes to his calendar and make a new event inviting someone it works fine when the other person receives the invite using the webclient, or anything client, except outlook.

Example:

User A (zimbra web) invites User B (outlook, using imap on the same server) and User C (zimbra web) to a meeting from 16:00 to 17:00 this same day.

User B receives an email saying the meeting is from 16:00 to 17:00 but the calendar snippet on the message shows 17:00-18:00, and when accepted it goes to the calendar at this wrong time.

User C receives the invite and no issues are presented.

Now... if User B invites User A and C to an event it works just fine, the issue only presents itself when someone using Zimbra web invites someone using outlook, zimbra to zimbra, outlook to outlook, outlook to zimbra, all work fine, just zimbra -> outlook doesnt.

I´m from Brazil and my Zimbra is - Release 8.8.8.GA.2009.UBUNTU14.64 UBUNTU14_64 FOSS edition, Patch 8.8.8_P10
