EMAILS NOT SYNCING FOR MORE THAN 10 DAYS

Hello,

There are some more than three to four months emails available on my zimbra email server and are showing in Zimbra Web App,But When i Sync them through IMAP on Outlook or any other Third Party Software,It is syncing mails of last 10 days only,Furthermore when i tried to Export Emails via Web App,It Only Exports last 10 days emails,Could anyone please tell me how to fix that?or any way that i can download old emails from server
