Unable to remove user from distribution list

Hi,

Zimbra Version : 8.8.9_GA_2055.FOSS

we are unable to remove the user/s from distribution lists in zimbra. seeking your support for solving the issue.

command i tried.

1. zmprov gdlm abc@domain.name

user1@domain.name
user2@domain.name


2. zmprov rdlm abc@domain.name user1@domain.name
command is successfully executed but checking on the distribution list, the user1 is present there.


3.zmprov gdlm abc@domain.name

user1@domain.name
user2@domain.name

i tried but no luck.

zmprov -l rdlm abc@domain.name user1@domain.name

Is this some kind of bug or what? please do suggest.

do you have 2 Zimbra LDAP in your cluster ?
Any error in the log ?

NO, i donot have 2 LDAP Cluster.

could you please assist me, from which log can i see the error?..


i check the audit and zimbra logs but couldnot find any.

Nothing in mailbox.log ? Did you try with debug mode ?
