I understand there are some firewalls that can inspect emails and block/reject based on content. I'm thinking specifically about blocking OUTGOING content like U.S. Social Security Numbers as well as bank account numbers for security and confidentiality reasons.
Is that possible to do someplace in the Zimbra scheme of things?
Any info or direction would be greatly appreciated.

Block outgoing email by content?
Re: Block outgoing email by content?
Zimbra dies not have any Data Loss Prevention (DLP) built in.
I’ve looked at a couple of 3rd party solutions, they have always generated a lot of false positives. They are good at keeping the honest honest, but if they want to steal data they will.
Could not imagine the number of false positives anytime someone sent an email with 9 numbers. (Not everyone is going to include the dashes)

Looks like I need to broaden my research to "Data Loss Prevention (DLP)" systems.
Thanks for the reply.
