whitelist a domain regardless of scoring/hits

How do I allow "myfav.org" to be delivered???

Its in
/opt/zimbra/conf/whitelist

But I see errors in

mail amavis[12236]: (12236-01) Blocked SPAM {DiscardedInbound}, [a.b.c.d]:38504 [p.q.r.s] <noreply@myfav.org> -> <isb@mail.forscotland.com>,

How do I get this working !
