I am trying to cut cost here and there. One of them is owning a mail server on unused office vps. However, some of my colleagues still need G Suite, to be exact the G Drive and sync of Google Sheets. This month, our @gmail.com account's g drive is full, so we make a mail server.
I personally do not want my colleagues to use @gmail.com for work, like storing company's data on their @gmail.com account. That's why I opted for G Suite. However, not everyone will receive G Suite. Only the admins (those who process work order from external entities). The rest of them will use Zimbra for their @x.com mail as they will not need to access company data.
Is this still possible?
