How to find out which service loads the cpu?

Hello.
I have a FOSS installation of ZCS 8.8.10, all services except spamassassin are running at one virtual machine with 8 cores and 8 GB of RAM. There are about 70 users and 70GB mailbox storage.

I've seen this extremely high load of CPU only twice and can't find a reason for this:

I've tried to start mailboxes' reindexing and synchronising mailbox data to the local computer via z-push, but got only medium cpu load.
Has anyone seen similar behaviour?
