out of office /vacation for external domain

we are using a extra spam filter in Zimra for in /out .while the out of office is enable its works for only the internal domain for external domain like google/hotmail its not sending the reply message ....but its seems ok according to log .
--why the filter is blocking it and how it can be solved keeping the filter in.
any advice ....I am new in zimbra .
