limit the size attachment to particular user

I Need to configure in Zimbra to limit the size attachment to particular user not to everyone.is it possible in the latest version zcs.

The limits are all global config attributes. It's not possible per user.

Have you tried the cbpolicyd accounting mode?
There is an option for comulative size limit
