Did you search the forums and read the details of the ZCS Hack and how to fix it? If you haven't I suggest you do that first and verify if your server is hacked.

Hi.
Our server was attacked by hackers for about two weeks. In two weeks much has been done to protect him. On 04-06-2019, the server stopped issuing a page for entering a login and password. Instead, it showed page 403, as you have in the screenshot.
Then I found the topic http://forums.zimbra.org/viewtopic.php? ... e1#p290148
and compared the files in the folder with an archive copy.
In the / opt / zimbra / jetty / webapps / zimbra / public / folder there was no login.jsp file
After adding it to the folder, the entire web interface is working.
