What have I done?
I use 2 VPS from my dad company to run my mail server company. The infrastructure is great.
1. 1st VPS for Zimbra OSE
2. 2nd VPS for Nextcloud and ONLYOFFICE
Thus, effectively freed from Google services dependence and its rules.
What I have not done?
Do a backup. I wish to backup it outside the infrastructure, to prevent a complete data loss.
What I am currently trying to do?
I am considering to rent UpCloud. I need a host for
1. a SaaS that we're currently developing, I am the no tech guy, with 3 backend developers, database.
2. a Blog for the SaaS, my teacher advised me to build a Blog within the ccTLD domain to improve the SEO before product launch.
3. Backup for the SaaS database, probably with DigitalOcean, to prevent a complete data loss.
4. Backup for the mail server.
What I need from you?
1. An advice to reduce cost. The revenue is small $0.14/person/month/action. How do you achieve the What I am currently trying to do? without breaking the bank?
Zimbra related question
2. How do you backup the mail server to the outside of the infrastructure.
Regards,
Jason.
Where and how do you backup Zimbra OSE?
