How to configure Zimbra to be an Open SMTP?

Hello,

I'm researching for an Email Server that allows other servers to send emails without authentication or SSL/TLS, how can I configure Zimbra to do this?

You really, really don't want to do that unless you're intending to be an open relay for every spammer on the planet
