zimbraDomainAggregateQuota not working for POP3 / IMAP

Hi,

I have zimbra server v. 8.8.. for multiple domain.
I'm setting about policy "zimbraDomainAggregateQuota"
That not working for email clinet [pop3 imap].

for webclient is fine

zimbraAggregateQuotaLastUsage: 90153834184
zimbraDomainAggregateQuota: 64424509441
zimbraDomainAggregateQuotaPolicy: BLOCKSEND
zimbraDomainAggregateQuotaWarnPercent: 95

anyone can give idea for that policy for email client ??
or i missing someing ?
