Hi,
We have a multi-servers installation of Zimbra FOSS with two Zimbra Master LDAPs.
Due to a problem on our virtualization platform, one of the ldap masters has crashed, the ldap service won't start anymore, fortunately the second one is fine.
We want to reconfigure the crashed one, what is the best way to do it?
- Delete it then reinstall it? in the documentation, they talk only about deleting a Replica, there is nothing about the deletion of a second Master.
- Launch the zmsetup.pl then try to reconfigure the replication again.
Regards.

https://wiki.zimbra.com/wiki/LDAP_Multi ... eplication

Re: Reinstall a crashed zimbra master ldap server
Hi,
Using the LDAP export/import data, could I save all data (ldap database, ldap config and ldap accesslog) and import them directly onto the second server? or should I import just the ldap database?
Regards.

You should not export/import the config because they are different servers. You should only clean the access log and export/import the database.
Best regards.
