How to check total number of items on each mailbox?

it there any ways to show total no. of items on each mailbox? and export to CSV?

We do have this statistic for mailbox comparison between Exchange and Zimbra after migration. thanks!

Or anyone have the experience on mailbox comparison to ensure all items were migrated between Zimbra and Exchange? we're using Transend migration tool for the migration.
